eTourism: Communication Perspectives

I'm very happy to inform that we have just announced the MOOC - Massive Open Online Course - eTourism: Communication Perspectives by USI - Università della Svizzera italiana and its UNESCO chair in ICT to develop and promote sustainable tourism in World Heritage Sites.
It is, as far as I know, the very first MOOC covering the eTourism topic, a most needed one, considering the role plaid by Information and Communication Technologies within tourism and hospitality.

The course, fully free and open, will be delivered in October-November 2015; it will last 8 weeks, and will require approximately three hours study time per week. Among the intended publics, we can list: Destination managers, People active in the tourism industry, Policy makers, Students, in particular within tourism and hospitality programs, Academia and researchers.

You can watch the teaser, see the list of modules, and enrol directly from the iVersity platform
